Ingredients:

Water, Coconut Oil, Garam Masala, Tomatoes, Ginger Garlic Paste, Vegetable Ghee, Onion, Cream, Coconut Cream, Nut Powder.

What You’ll Need:

  • 350g of your preferred protein (we recommend lamb, paneer, or tofu)

  • 100ml of water


Cooking Instructions:

1️⃣ In a pan, add your chosen protein, 100ml of water, and Ashoka Rogan Josh Base.
2️⃣ Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
3️⃣ Add the Rogan Josh finishing sauce and simmer for another 3 minutes.
🍽️ Ready to serve!


💡 Pro Tip:

Serve with basmati rice or naan and a sprinkle of fresh coriander for the full Ashoka experience.
